The Sunny Fashion Application

Sunny Fashion is a children's dresswear brand. Alongside this store we run our own internal application — the Sunny Fashion ERP (erp.glodenfan.com) — which our team uses to manage the business behind sunnyfashion.store.

What the application does. It manages our product catalog, inventory, pricing and orders across the sales channels we sell on, and it publishes our own marketing videos to our own official Sunny Fashion YouTube channels.

How it uses Google services. When a member of our team connects a Sunny Fashion YouTube channel, the application asks for permission to upload videos to that channel and to read that channel's public statistics (subscriber, video and view counts) for an internal dashboard. It uploads only videos we filmed of our own products.

Whose data it touches. Only accounts and channels owned by Sunny Fashion. The application has no public sign-up, no third-party users, and it never accesses, collects or stores data belonging to anyone else. Shoppers on this store are never asked to connect a Google account.

Who can use it. Access is limited to Sunny Fashion staff with an account issued by us. It is not distributed to the public.
