Governing law. These Terms and Conditions, and every order placed on this website, are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Your order will be processed in accordance with Hong Kong law. Nothing in these terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights you hold under the mandatory laws of your country of residence.

Products and pricing. All prices are quoted and charged in US Dollars (USD). Prices shown in other currencies are approximate conversions for convenience only. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors; if an item's correct price is higher than the price displayed at the time of your order, we will contact you before charging or cancel the order and refund you in full.

Orders and payment. An order is accepted when we confirm it by email or begin fulfilment. We accept PayPal and major payment methods via our payment providers; card and payment details are handled entirely by the payment provider and never stored by us.

Shipping and delivery. Processing and delivery times are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
