30-day returns: contact us within 30 days of delivery for a return or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition.

For change-of-mind returns and size exchanges, return postage is paid by the customer — please use a tracked service. If the item is faulty, incorrect or damaged in transit, we cover it: email us a photo and we'll refund or replace it, usually without asking you to send anything back.

Email [email protected] with your order number and we'll take care of it. For a size exchange you cover the return postage; we ship the replacement to you at no extra charge.

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving the return.

PayPal and major payment methods via our secure hosted checkout. Card details are handled entirely by the payment provider and never stored by us.
