Returns & Refunds

30-day returns. If the fit isn't right or you're not delighted, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a return or exchange.

Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the return.

Return shipping. Return postage is paid by the customer for change-of-mind returns, including exchanges for a different size. Please use a tracked service — we can't refund a parcel that doesn't reach us.

If something is wrong with your order — a faulty item, the wrong item, or damage in transit — that's on us: email us a photo and we'll refund or replace it. You won't be asked to pay return postage, and in most cases you won't need to send anything back.
